ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If you don’t love your new glasses that you purchased online for any reason, you can return them for a full refund or replace them within 30 days from the day you received the eyewear.
How to return your online purchases

STEP 1
Please hold onto the box that came with your items. Make sure the eyewear is in original condition and undamaged.

STEP 2
Email customer service atonlineorders@cohensfashionoptical.com. Please include your order number and your reason for the return.

STEP 3
We will send you a return label free of charge and once we receive the item we will issue a credit to the original purchasing method.
If you purchased your eyewear at one of our locations, please call the store directly to discuss their return policy.
